Faraday Future, a California-based intelligent electric mobility company, has declared its first business-to-business (B2B) pre-order agreement for its awaited FX model, the Super One MPV. The deal includes a non-refundable deposit and secures a reservation for 1,000 units of the Super One MPV model.
New York City-based automotive dealership 129 Auto Sales Corporation, operating as JC Auto, has placed a pre-order for Faraday Future’s FX vehicles. With a $100,000 non-refundable deposit, the dealership has reserved up to 300 units of the FX Flagship Super One MPV, contingent on additional payments. The deal signals growing demand for Faraday Future’s vehicles in the U.S., particularly among East Coast users. JC Auto plans to establish a premium fleet of up to 300 vehicles in the New York area. The remaining units will be allocated for future fleet expansions or designated users.

JC Auto, with experience in vehicle leasing and sales, shared its approach to utilize up to 300 FX Super One vehicles for business expansion. The company intends to launch an Uber Black fleet and provide VIP transportation services for luxury hotels and airports in New York. As part of the collaboration, JC Auto will serve as a co-creation partner to promote and deliver the exclusive First Class AI-MPV experience.
The company plans to launch the FX Super One as a fully electric vehicle initially, with a super AI hybrid extended range (AIHER) electric powertrain option to follow. The proprietary AIHER system, currently under development, combines hybrid and range-extender technologies. It primarily functions as a range-extender with hybrid drive as a secondary function, addressing the shortcomings of conventional hybrid and plug-in hybrid systems. This innovative approach makes it particularly suited for the harsh winters of the U.S. East Coast.

The FX Super One is scheduled to debut in June 2025 and will begin accepting paid reservations soon after its launch. Meanwhile, the development of the second and third potential FX models is underway. The FX brand strategy focuses on capturing what the company describes as ‘four blue ocean markets’ within the U.S. advanced intelligent electric vehicle (AIEV) sector. These include range-extended vehicles, intelligent vehicles designed as mobile living spaces, and affordable AIEVs priced between $20,000 and $40,000.
