Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced the Hyundai Vehicle Digital Passport, enhancing connected car technology across India. Utilizing data analytics, the system compiles vehicle telematics and service records to create a detailed digital identity for Hyundai vehicles equipped with Bluelink connectivity.
The innovative solution provides Hyundai customers with comprehensive insights into the vehicle’s periodic service records, accident history, malfunction alerts, warranty details, and driving patterns, ensuring seamless access to the connected car’s performance and overall health.

Currently available at an introductory price of ₹399 per quarter, the service generates a comprehensive seven-page report. Beyond providing a historical overview of the vehicle, the report includes personalized recommendations based on the car’s driving patterns and maintenance history. Designed to help owners stay informed, it enables proactive maintenance to prevent minor issues from escalating into costly repairs.
Hyundai presents the new tool as part of its ongoing efforts to boost the connected car experience for customers. Since introducing Bluelink technology in 2019, the company has sold over seven lakh connected cars in India. The Bluelink platform powers more than 70 connected features, including remote lock-unlock, stolen vehicle tracking, trip analysis, and emergency response, offering a sophisticated digital ecosystem for users.

Hyundai customers can access the service through myHyundai app, which already hosts Bluelink functions. Owners have the option to subscribe quarterly, ensuring flexibility rather than a bundled expense, allowing them to unlock the full digital passport features at their convenience.
The Vehicle Digital Passport compiles and presents all vehicle-related data in a single, easily accessible format, simplifying vehicle management and improving convenience. It also elevates the customer’s experience by providing complete transparency.
