In the face of ongoing challenges in the auto industry, Stellantis is reinforcing its sales strategy by extending its ‘Employee Pricing for Everyone’ initiative until June 2. Originally launched last month, the program enables private buyers to acquire vehicles at the exclusive rates typically reserved for company employees.
Initially launched as ‘America’s Freedom of Choice,’ the program was set to conclude on Wednesday. However, its duration has now been extended to early June.
A notable change from the previous version is that the employee price is now combined with select incentives. This uncommon approach, particularly in light of current volatility in pricing, is one of the most competitive discount packages of the year for many buyers.

The updated program also excludes certain models and trims and does not apply to fleet customers, but most shoppers can still benefit from the savings.
Stellantis is adopting a similar strategy to Ford, which recently declared the extension of its ’employee pricing’ discounts through July 4. Both automakers are relying on patriotic-themed advertising, showcasing American manufacturing and working to strengthen consumer confidence during economic challenges.
Dealers report that the campaign is already yielding tangible results, with showroom traffic increasing and April proving to be a surprisingly strong month. Mike Bettenhausen, president of the Stellantis National Dealer Council, highlighted these as positive developments.

Stellantis recently withdrew its stock forecast, attributing the decision to uncertainty in the auto sector caused by Trump’s tariffs. The company reported a 14% year-over-year revenue decline, accompanied by a drop in shipments.
Meanwhile, Stellantis informed investors that it is relocating certain production operations from Mexico to the U.S., a move that the company believes could help mitigate the impact of tariffs.
